How we publish health-adjacent guides
Last reviewed September 1, 2026
These sites explain a wellness app and general approaches to tracking alcohol-free or drinking days. Because alcohol information can affect health decisions, speed is never the only publication goal.
One article, one home
Each guide belongs to one domain and one search intent. We do not publish the same article across all three sites or use cross-domain copies to manufacture search coverage.
Sources and review
Published guides cite authoritative public-health or government sources. Every scheduled article has a named editorial review record bound to the exact reviewed content. Editing that content invalidates the recorded review until it is reviewed again.
Medical boundary
We do not publish individualized medical advice, diagnoses, detox schedules, treatment promises, fabricated timelines, or guaranteed benefits. Articles involving stopping alcohol include a clear warning that withdrawal can be dangerous and may need clinical or emergency care.
Corrections
Send a correction request to kolagames07@gmail.com. We review factual corrections, update the visible review date, and keep the source list with the article.
Publication rhythm
The network schedules one reviewed guide per day by default. A second may be approved only when it serves a different domain and search intent. Drafts and future guides return a real non-indexable 404 until their publication time.
